AutoBook terms of service

1. The service

AutoBook is booking and point-of-sale software for car workshops, provided by the supplier named in these terms.

2. Subscriptions and payment

Plans are billed in advance for the period shown at sign-up. Prices include Norwegian VAT. A subscription may be cancelled with effect from the end of the current period.

3. The workshop's responsibilities

The workshop is responsible for the accuracy of the data it enters, for the staff accounts it creates, and for its own obligations towards its customers.

4. Availability

The service is provided as it stands. Planned maintenance is announced in advance where practical.

5. Personal data

Where AutoBook processes personal data on the workshop's behalf, the data processing agreement applies. The workshop is the controller for its own customers' data; AutoBook is the processor.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate in line with the cancellation rules above. On termination the workshop may export its data, and it is deleted after the retention period stated in the data processing agreement.
